Jack Traeger has a proven track record of establishing partnerships with architects, brokers, consultants, and lenders. Over the past 25 years, Jack has been involved with over 14,000 units and $900 million in real estate developments in various roles and increasing responsibilities, maintaining a focus on integrity and innovative solutions throughout the development process.
His real estate career spans more than 25 years across development, finance, construction, acquisition, and management. He previously worked with one of the top four national housing developers, later becoming their development partner, and was a founding member and CFO of a regional affordable housing management group with approximately 12,000 units under management across the southern United States.

2015 to 2017. Construction financial management on eight new-construction communities in Greenville, Lake Dallas, Midland, Plano, Austin, Garland, and Cameron County, financed with bonds, 9% LIHTC, and direct loans.
2020 to today. Sponsorship and ownership of three new-construction communities in Fort Worth, Denton, and San Marcos, totalling 761 units and $158.7 million in bond and debt financing.
